Tri City National Bank is looking for a Human Resources Recruitment Officer with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with all department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs, attracting candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal candidate has work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in a bank setting and will also have a strong HR background and be able to serve as back-up for our VP, Director of Human Resources if necessary.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruitment Officer is to ensure Tri City attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Two plus years of human resources experience plus one to two years corporate recruiting experience preferred
