Retail Banking Sales and Service Manager
This is a Full-Time position located near 108th and Grange Ave. in Hales Corners, WI.
The Retail Banking Sales and Service Manager leads and coaches the Customer Service staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience. They will be expected to handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints and doing so with exceptional customer relations skills that allow for effective resolutions. Holds themselves and their team accountable to market and promote Tri City National Bank products and services; as well as effectively manage Retail Initiatives and goals through the training and development of branch staff. Understands the importance of department protocols related to the opening and maintenance of bank products (Excessive Transactions, Beneficial Ownership, CIP, BSA, and Branch Audits). Actively participate in the community when opportunities present themselves.

- Minimum 2 Years of Relevant Banking Experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail products and procedures
- Effective Leadership Skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
